Chronic congested cough for 15+ years

I'm a 54, female, have had a congested cough since the early 1990,s. I have had xrays, ct scan, allergy tests, pulmonary test, and every natural practitioner you can imagine! This cough has grown worst thru the years but never better no matter what I've tried. Other issues - acid reflux, overweight, work at desk all day, sinus drainage, always clearing throat, stuffy nose. I lived in house with mold issues for many, many years but out of it for 4 yrs. now. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
