This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Aggravation is never good, but it is sometimes unavoidable. Always stop a remedy when symptoms worsen, no exceptions!

How indicitive of cure it is, depends on a number of things - How long has it continued after the remedy was stopped? Are they current or old symptoms for the person, or are they completely new? Have more important parts of the case cleared up while these symptoms have worsened? How long was she taking the medicine, before these aggravations set in?

If they are completely new symptoms then you have a proving not an aggravation, which is to say it is a side effect of either the wrong medicine, or of taking too much of even a good medicine.

If they are old or current symptoms, and other more important parts of the case have improved, then it is possibly Direction of Cure at work, things moving outwards through the hierarchy of the body. This may be a good sign.

If nothing has changed but these symptoms are worse, then either :

1. there is pathology (tissue changes) and any remedy may aggavate these areas, which means that it is not helpful one way or another in revealing if the remedy is good or bad for her.

2. the potency is incorrect (too high OR too low)

3. there is some other external factor responsible and the timing of the homoeopathic treatment is conincidental.

Again, without knowing any details about the nature of the aggravation, the best thing to do is stop and allow it to end naturally. If it is simply an aggravation, it will do so on its own.
