skin problem

Hi
I have wart like things on my chest. It has been there for some years now. The tendency is that small solid warts will form and they keep on growing till they join each other and it becomes a large lump of flesh which itches and pains on pressing.
Dont know the cause. There was one big lesion and now 2 more have come up. Pleas help

wait for 15 days and observe if there is a change in the texture of the warts.
