Social Anxiety, was on lyco, new doctor?

I began lycopodium exactly a year from today, I took it for bad social anxiety, It immediately removed all symptoms of anxiety, my homeopath was a very old man who was good at what he did. I kept taking lycopodium for a week while in mexico partying, I am in college. Then I got a concussion, heavy drinking, fell over, my anxiety came back fairly strongly for a week or so but subsided after a month. I kept taking lycopodium but its effects lessened with time. Three months after starting to five months I became very depressed when alone, cried for no reason, had terrible memory and focus issues, I attributed to lycopodium. I stopped taking lycopodium and took it on and of for a while until March. I took it for three days straight in may and it worked wonderfully. When I wasn't on it however I had anxiety but not even close to as bad as before. I haven't taken it in months and have mediocre social anxiety, still very disturbing to me. I want to begin taking it since school is starting in a week. Should I? How long should I take it for? Has there been any neg affects of taking the way I did? What should I do?
