heart . memory .sex weak &anxiety

hi i am 37yrs old man.i feel mential problem.my memory is less i can remember right time when need urgent.my memory power also less from many time i cannot heart&soul in my memory.i cannot right word.i have no attention any side all time i feel tension but why i donot know i am not talkactive i don't like to meet with other i like to live alone.that cause all man specialy my wife and her familes member said ''half mad''.my heart is very weak when i drive car i feel i will accident.my heart palpition is very when i think my past day that my all friend is stablish without me .i have no yet kids my all man has child i feel i am sexless.no strong my penis erection no long.penis size also small penis erection time 3'' than my wifes vagina hole big.i feel her vagina loose no interesting to sex with her we are some faty .i sleep 8hours more but feel weak no attactive my work i do wrong that cause i have termited before three month ago i worked in a company job.other problem sperm is few .night fall monthly average 6 time when i use latrine i see sperm come before or after urine.some body said it is cause for hot body.i have taken alapathy no result.my back ground my father has died when my age was 2 yrs i am only one son of my mother.she has no second marraige.our family member only three person.my wife also emmosion girl all time she feel tension because we have no child we have taken vitamin e but no result.other if you need i shall write after time ok thans please help me and give me gift my fresh life ok thanks all homeopath
