1. Describe your main sufferings and other related or unrelated sufferings with exact sensations, locations, modalities and probable causes.
A) Personality Problems--I shift through modes. It’s almost like my entire personality has become segmented into multiple areas and I can only go through certain segments at certain times.
-I have alternate personalities that have been showing up. They each have specific problems. One is autistic, one a voyuerist, one bipolar, one catatonic. Each personality takes over part of my personality. I will randomly go through a manic/depressive phase for about two minutes, I will go catatonic for a couple of hours, my eyes change and the guy inside me looks at women, I press against myself at night or I will randomly have an aversion to listening to somebody(autism).
-I have a segmented personality and my emotions are blown out of proportion. When I feel sad, all I feel is sad, and I feel really sad. When I feel angry, all I feel is angry and I get really angry. Again, I shift between personality states and segmented emotions.

2. Write an essay on yourself, your personality, nature, likes and dislikes, thermal preferences, cravings and aversions, fears and dreams, your ambition in life, your inner-most desires, your place in society etc.
-I am a quiet, empathetic, stressed out young woman. I love animals. I like people sometimes, but most of the time I don’t feel like I fit in with everybody else. Some day I’d love to get married and have a family. Right now I’m trying to figure out what career would fit me and my future family the best. I love chocolate, bananas, tomatoes, hot sauce, vinegar and curry. I don’t like cold food or cold drinks. I don’t do well in conversations. Usually because I get so obsessed with things and people, I lack knowledge about everyday common happenings that most people discuss on a day to day basis. I live in my head and my fantasy world about some random person (usually a woman or family) I idealize and get addicted to.

3. What is your profession? Do you enjoy yourself at work? Is it a profession you have willingly chosen? If not, what would it be as per your choice?
-Right know I work for a small company doing research stuff. I think work is ok and as long as I’m busy I’m happy doing almost anything. I go to grad school. I hate classes. I’m concentrating on accounting and financial services, but I don’t know if it really suits me. I would love to be a doctor but my physical disability would disallow it. I would have loved to serve in the military, but again I only have vision in one eye (they aren’t sure what happened, but think some sort of infection)
.
4. What would you like to change in your personality, if at all?
-More consistency, more control.

5. Please pick out the adjectives which best describe your personality;

Impulsive, Jealous, Anxious, Guilty, Worrying, Paranoid

6. Did you have any bereavement in life? If yes, how has it affected you?
-Grandfathers, it didn’t really bug me, I wasn’t really close to them.

7. Do you often suffer from depression? If so, do you prefer company or solitude during those times?
-Sometimes I suffer from depression. I prefer solitude during those tiems.

8. Do you get angry often? If not, do you feel the anger inside at least? What are the things / issues on which you get angry the most?
-I hate when people make assumptions about who I am or why I did things. I hate myself for not acting differently in past situations.

9. Do you have any issues regarding your parenting by your guardians? How were their nature / behavior towards you during your childhood and adolescents? How has it affected your personality and thoughts?
-I never really liked my parents. My dad is ok, but I always wanted a different mom. My family never really talks. I feel like we are strangers in our own house sometimes. We talk about how our day was, but not how we feel about stuff. I wish we were closer, but it is better than not having a family. I was adopted from an orphanage at the age of 2.

10. Would you say your sex drive is high, low or average? Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires?
-Sex drive is pretty average. Some days I could care less. Sometimes I care more. I don’t know if I’m able to satisfy all my sexual desires, but dating, significant other, etc. is an area I need to work more in.

please take a dose of IGNATIA AMARA 1M on a single day morning in empty stomach.

one dose would be some 5 drops in some 10 ml of water slowly sipped up in clean mouth and empty stomach. no food or water one hour before or after taking the dose.

dont take coffee for the next 2 to 3 days.

if you feel better in the next few days, you know that this remedy will treat you in the long run if you continue it in infrequent intervals and in higher potencies.

come back after a week with your observations so that the next dose could be decided upon.
