Hello everybody.

I tok iodium 1M, 1 dosage a week ago now and tought i was putting on a little weight, but today just after 10 min of sports i have lost all of it!, the reason why i had gained weight was because i stayed without sport for 1 week.
the only thing i noticed about the iodium is that i am less hungry and that i need lots of sleep..
should i take another dose of 1M now or should i wait?

can somebody please advice me because i really need to put on weight.

Kind regards
