loose ligaments

i lost lots of muscle due to injury and a long length of time without activity from the pain of the injury. when i started to heal, i went ahead with exercise a bit to aggressively (well, no insurance= no guidance from a phys therapist) and ended up with loose/lax ligaments in my shoulders.
my homeopath gave me calc phos, lm potencies, which i started about 9 days ago.
i am wondering, after reading about the tissue salts, would Calc Phos, in theory, do the same thing as calc flor, regarding the ligaments???
if i can just get them tightened, then i'd be good to go with beginning some exercises to strengthen the muscles that support the joint.
so far, with the calc phos, i am completely EXHAUSTED all of the time. i feel like i could sleep all of the time, which is not like my normal self.
anyhow, i appreciate any input.
by the way, my homeopath is a well-trained and respected classical homeopath, and i do trust her as she has helped thousands over the past 30+ years.
but still, i cannot help but be curious...
