Dosage help needed

I was prescribed (liquid form) Rhus Tox 200c, Pulsatilla 200C and Gelsemium Sempervirens 200C for PMS symptoms. My doctor is not available for a month and I forgot how to take them. I think I was told to take 4 drops in water as needed.Please help me with how to take these remedies. Should I take these one after the other? Also, how many times a day should I take them?I would like to take these medicines right away as my symptoms are back. Thanks in advance for your feedback.
