Question for Joe Delivera ;Prostate Enlargement

I have got USG done and found prostrate enlarged to 100cc size with urine retained 100cc.
They have recommended me to see Urologist. i get up early in morning,go for 45 mins walk, drink 4-5 glass of water in morning. Age 64 yrs still working. face not much of problem in retaining urge, at night I normally get up once in 2-3 times a week. I am taking one tab twice a day 'Chandraprabha bati' and URINEX tab once a day.
request advice shall I switch over to arnica wet dose?
