wet dose and dry dose

dear friends, please tell me what is the difference between a wet dose and dry dose. is a 200C dry dose equal in potency to a teaspoonful of liquid taken from a 500ML water mixed with two drops of a 200C remedy? can i give asame potency wet dose after a dry dose? suppose i use 100ML water in place of 500ML water to mix two drops of a remedy, will the potency come down or go up?
