5 week old with reflux

My 5 week old has been diagnosed with acid reflux. He tends to spit up or vomit after finishing a feed, is gassy, and is constipated. He will sleep well at night but is a terrible napper during the day as gas and spit up wake him up
(I assume that come night-time he's exhausted from the lack of sleep and this is why he will sleep despite gas and spit ups). He is exclusively breast fed and I have removed dairy, soy, and citrus from my diet as he reacts to them. Is there anything I can give him to help with the reflux, gas, constipation and poor daytime sleep? I have read about Nat Phos but don't know if it will ease all his symptoms and if it's appropriate fo newborns.

I appreciate any help you can give.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Something else- I would appreciate any reviews, whether good or bad, or parents who have treated their baby's reflux with homeopathic remedies.
