This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Have been traveling so was unable to take medication or order any. I had a cortisone injection in my spine yesterday.
Will order medicine tomorrow and start taking it as prescribed as soon as it arrives by post.

Hi,
What is the procedure to get attention of Doctors,unfortunately m not getting replies from any Doctor. Kindly help.
I am 40 years Male, no help got from Ortho & Homeopathy Doctors. Suffering from lower back ache since 7 months, worsons at night, very less after an hour of get up from bed. Some suggested exercises helps but only uptill you keep doing. after leaving exercise it gets worst. Pain is not presisely on a point, it is more in right hip side while sleeping and doesn't feel strong in bones & muscles.
please help.

You need to have your own thread on here- that is the problem-
you are posting on another another persons thread.
Please go to the forum front page. Look above the very first post/
thread. See a button that says POST NEW TOPIC. Click on that.
A window will appear and you put your headline and request in there.

After that see on left upper side of forum- most recent threads-
use that to keep track of your threads and only reply on your

Take them for 15 days and do not need to mix it with water. U can take it directly on ur tongue.

I've been taking my medicine as prescribed. I went to see my Osteopath today as my upper back has been quite painful and I still feel a pull down the back of my leg. He noted that the vertebrae above the L5/S1 were sore and stiff. This was probably causing muscular tightness in the piriformis.

I went to see the Osteopath and he concluded that a nerve was being pressed and this was causing ne pain and the muscles to spasm. I needed medicine to calm the nerve in my back. Any thoughts Dr Showrav?

How are you my friend? It has been quite a few years we had last conversation. Hope you are doing well with your good health and your life also. I had to stay away from this forum for quite a long time bcs of excessive busyness with my study,research and practice more over my email ID was hacked several times. But I think I will be able to come back here sometimes while I have some free time from now on.
