Sir,

I have following problems:

Sexual Passion increased so much.
Erection absent.
Testicles hard/retracted and swollen.
Masturbates frequently.
Semen very thin.
Burning in urine.
Ejaculates within seconds.
Sunken face.
Dark circles around eyes.
Acidity.
Pain in stomach after having milk.
Low appetite/thirst.
Whiteness/Dryness between fingers, nipples and inner thighs.
