Male Hair Loss-Recovering
Dear Dr-My husband (age 37) has been slowly losing his hair (diffuse hair loss on top) for the last 10 years- ever since we moved to a new town.(It happens to most males in our town, the majority have receding hairlines. People just like my husband move here with a full head of hair and within a short time they start losing it and their skin becomes older looking). In the past nothing we have tried has worked-vitamins, extra protein in diet, bottled water, chlorine shower filter, even some homeopathics like Phosphorus. The dermatologist shrugged it off and prescribed something that would grow hair but causes ED. No thanks.
On your forum I read of a gentleman who used Graphites and Silicea, so out of sheer desperation we tried that. We used Graphites 30C and Silicea 30C
3 pills of each, once a day. In addition we also started a vitamin with 1300mcg of biotin.
My husband started growing new hair (first blond and now the right color) :-O After 10 years we've been trying things, this worked! It's only been a few weeks.
My question is how long do we continue to take the graphites and silicea now that he is growing his hair back?
I know you dont take it forever- but when do you stop?
Thank you and thank you for this forum. I'll be back with my own health question in awhile.
