Sebaceous cyst

I have a cyst on my scalp and I would like to know what methods are available. I'm 30 years old, and I noticed the cyst like 9 years ago and is growing. The cyst is as big as a quarter and it has red color on it. The area is starting to get bold. The cyst is not draining or anything like that it has nothing on it except the things that I described above. I try to not eat meat, and regularly I eat vegetebles anf fruits, but I have to admit that I cheat once in a while. Any help would be appreciated.
