bloating

i have chronic bloating problem with no apparent reason. can i take lycopodium? i have 6c and 30c potencies.which one is better? how many doses for how many days?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The remedies that should be considered in bloating are-
Nux Vomica
if you are irritable

Ars Alb
if you are suffering from anxiety

Lycopodium
If you are timid. Or timidity and haughtiness alternate.

Kali Carb
same as nux. generally works better for women.

pulsatilla
if you have mild disposition

and others like calcarea carb.

The following tissue salts are of great help.
natrum sulph 6x
natrum phos 6x
kali mur 6x
