panic attacks and anxiety

I would like some advice of what I can take to help my anxiety and panic attacks.

I first suffered them about 5 yeasr ago persistantly for 18 months whilst in a bad relationship, I got over them and went panic free for nearly 2 years.

I now tend to get bouts of them for weeks-months at a time. They are always at night time, and often something that I am a little anxious about is in the upcoming.
Alcohol can also trigger them.
I have noticed they sometimes link to ovulation as do my headaches.
I dont suffer with social anxiety infact I am better around people, these always occur at night time often when I have fallen into a deep sleep.
They range form mild anxious feelings to full on panic attacks where I truly belive I am going to die.

I have tried prescription drugs in the past and laso herbal.
