kIDNEY failure with edema

98 years old w/ history of macular degenation, anemia rhematoid arthritis and now renal failure, but not on dialysis yet.
Creantine and BUN are increasingly elevated and hemogloblin is low due to kidney failure.
Procrit taken for anemia along with diuretics, heart meds and iron
Blood pressure normal and EKG normal - on CQ 10
Difficulty sleeping and aggitated
Joint pain in left knee: swelling in ankles when not elevated
Tenacious, wants to live and be well; argumentative and opinitated person
Appetite good
Recent flare up of joint pain in knee causing much emotional and physical duress;possibly due to damp and rainy weather;
Bad reaction to codeine given for joint pain- nausea, constipation, hysteria, disorientation

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him a single dose of arsenic alb 200c (only one day, not daily) and report back after 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
