cold sore inside nose

I have for the first time ever woken up to find I have a vey sore nose and a cold sore inside. There were no other warning signs apart from a sore throat that started around 9 pm every evening for the last 3 days or so, was going to try Bryonia for thta in addition to extra vitamins, but not sure what to take now. I used to get cold sores less often than once a year but now evry time I get a cold I get one. They are usually on the top lip and usually helped by dabbing tea tree oil. Nat mur has never helped for them, not Rhus tox. Once Ihad sepia and it wored well although I didn't feel liek I had any other suitable symptoms or feelings. About 18 months ago I had the worst cold sore ever, it was between my lip and nose and covered the whole lower area in the middle and left red scarring.

Does this mean I should take something constitutional? Have cancelled blood donation now, one homeopath says donating blood has weakened me but donating is important to me.
