constant facial pain
Hi, everyoneI wonder if someone can help me here. i have been having constant pain in my lower face on the right for more than a year. I have been to all sorts of examinations, tried various medication without any relief.
It started after a dental procedure. the pain is burning, pulling, with pin-like stabs. according to a dentist I have bruxism, but splints have not helped me, either. my jaw joint is allright.
I also have occasional pain in my ear, and neck. the left side is not allright, either, but the right side in unbearable.
I am able to sleep, but otherwise, I always feel it. if I cover my face with some cloth it's better a bit, and massage helps a bit, too.
otherwise I am thin and short. I also have problems with my digestion, I have loose, yellowish, smelly stools. my skin is dry bit, but I have lots of pimples.
I have tried Spigelia, but hasn't helped.
Can you recommend any remedies?

day 1 and day 2
please take three doses of Arsenicum Album 30c at a gap of 4 hours.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
day 3 to day 15
please take 2 pellets each of the following tissue salts thrice a day at a gap of four hours
silicea 6x
mag phos 6x
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
Please report after 15 days.

the constant pain you have is a sequel of bruxism.i need to know few answers before i suggest any remedies.pls answer, are u taking any medications for that now?how often do u clench teeth ie what kind of bruxism u have ....is it nocturnal and how severe it it? Is there any life incident that u can relate to ,after which u have started to have this complaint. do you have anxiety or any digestive complaints or any kind of headaches.

i selected ars as the patient prefers warmth and being covered when he has problems.
Further 'Tearing needle-like pains; burning' in the MM for Ars, made me decide in it's favour.
Face.--Swollen, pale, yellow, cachectic, sunken, cold, and covered with sweat (Acetic acid). Expression of agony. Tearing needle-like pains; burning. Lips black, livid. Angry, circumscribed flush of cheeks.

at present I am taking 2 homeopathic pills, Spigelia D12 and Cololcynthis (sp?) D6 recommended by a doc. and I'm taking Schüssler salts. I also receive acupuncture.
The problem is I can't give up coffee (only one mug in the morning of white coffee), because whenever I try to give it up I end up with a migrane throwing up for hours....(my blood pressure is slightly low)- it's not the psychological need because I have tried to replace it with children's coffee, too, but the migrane came)
and I eat garlic, too. noone has told me not to consume these things at all, just the 30 minutes before-after things and no menthol.
anyway, I will try these things.

How long you have been taking these remedies Spigelia D12 and Cololcynthis (sp?) D6 ? Whether you have been taking these remedies simultaneously?

I have been taking Colocynthis d6 3x5 a day for a week, Spigelia D12 1x5 for a few days.
but about half a year ago I tired some homeopathic medicine including Spigelia D12 for about 2 weeks, and then nothing happened.
the doctor said Spigelia D6, but it hasn't arrived in the pharmacy yet.
I have been taking Shüssler salt 7 Magnesium Phosphoricum for about 2 weeks (4 tablets daily)

If spigelia D12 has not worked, D6 won't work. Please stop the medicines that you have been taking, follow the medication plan as i have suggested and report back.

the bruxism: I do not know if I really have it or not. Only one dentist said (I have seen many) that there are signs in/around my teeth for that. Then I must be clenching at night. (but You can not be certain about what you do in your sleep.) So I have no idea when it started. the unbearable pain started after a dental procedure, a simple filling. Later the tooth was root canaled then removed, but more than a year ago!!!!!
I also have mild clicking. but the jaw joint is OK.
No wonder you are puzzled because everyone is :((((
the homeopath/accupuncturist I'm seeing now says there is something under my ear. Unfortunately he is not the kind of homeopath who takes a long detailed diagnosis... but he is very reputable. He has cured people I know.

Yes Dr kadwa...ars alb covers the totality. i just asked those questions coz i wanted to know if he really has teeth grinding so marked....if so that could also be considered in the totality. thanks for your kind replies. i really appreciate it.

No. Nothing bad happened. You took the remedies in low potency. So no problem. But now when you take medication suggested by me you should stop all other homeo remedies.
I only have Silicea D12.
Yes. You can take silicea 12x instead of 6x.
