Thick gooey discharge after urinating

Dear Doc,

I m suffering from this problem since so long. it was thick with a yellowey color.It is not a regular exercise but after few days it happend i feel that it will happend if i didn't have wet dreams can u plz solve this problem or tell me y it happend. Is there anything serios

Prefer Cold weather I hate summer season. Urine smell is normal not much bad. I had masterbation habit
