nowdays i m dealing a pt wid sever chronic skin problem.35 years old lady wid itching,burning,redness and yellow discharge from all over her body(offensive).
agrivation from water.
the best remedy is sulfur but she says i hav tried alot sulfur,than i advice her heper sulph graphits1M ans rhustox 200..but she has same satuations..she usingmedicines from 4 days. do u think i must wait or i must change my medicines?

I think graph. is good remedy but I do not know in which you secquence you have tried these medicine and in which potency.
Now I advise you to stop all medicine for atleast 15 days and give him placebo if patient desire medicine and come up after span of 15 days giving his full case history.

Agree with Mahfooz on no further dosing. Sul, Hep, Gra, etc. are all deep acting miasmatic drugs.
Meanwhile give her Azadirachta Ind 1x or 3x. Upto 3 tabs per day.

dr mahfooz and sirsisri u r right and m agree wid u...but pt is in deep pain and the case is chronic.
pt demanding me again and agin to stop her discharges and she suffuring from 8 year..thats y i use high potencies to stop and to dry her puss formation.
now what i must do...she tried alot of homoeopath and she just want 2 dry her discharges from skin and want 2 ger rid from iches.

I advise you to stop all medicine for atleast 15 days and give him placebo. Please get complete history of the patient again and post.

chronic cases always take time, devotion, patient, to both side. There is no short cut solution of these chronic cases, except concentration, observation and remedy as per changing situations.
