Polycystic Ovaries and getting pregnant

Hello!
I am very new to homeopathy and I am quite desperate - as allopathic doctors only give Chlomid solution.

I am a 26 year old, was diagnosed with PCOS about 2 years ago when my period completely dissappeared. (I think that th eproblems started after my first and most significant relations with a man broke up - I was 20 year old then)
My periods are back for half a year now - I give credit to Evening Primrose oil that I am taking regularly for a while now.)
I have dandruff and hmm - an eczema (with cracks and occasional bleding) - in the perineum area. Vaginal dryness as well.
Even though my periods returned they are not 100% regular yet. And as we are trying for a baby - every time I have a delay - I am all hopefull..Even though the period returned - and I just got my latest blood resuls and swad results - and all of it is totally normal - but I feel my ovaries - and often it's a painfull and sweliing feeling...and there is some whitish discharge...also I have cravings - for sweets and recently I put on about 5 kgs - mostly around tummy and waist :(

I am considering taking NatMur 30c three times daily. Would you approve?

I would be gratefull to any response and advice.
Sorry for all those details..

Thank you!

PS Just to add some more details: My parents were fighting profusdely all through my childhood and teens -
throughout my childhood I suffered from left era otitis and then it subsided - but 3 years ago I had an accident - and my ear drum burst - it was operated on - and now I can hear very poorly with my left ear. but it still has some very smelly discharge.
My right eye has a spasm of accomodation - so it is short-sided.

Hello! Thank you for the reply.
Here are my answers:

1. Describe your main suffering?

I feel out of sorts, as if lost my optimizm. I do not like how I look anymore - my body fat etc. I feel no energy. (even though my frineds know me as a energetic and optimistic person) I feel like I am restricted everywhere - financially - like I cannot spent a lot on painting/singing/dancing classes etc. I am in search of my place in life. No stability. Not much joy. Or better to say - I do not see the light at the end of tunnel anymore. I do not like how I look, how I feel and what I do.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?

Physical suffering: swelling feeling in my ovaries, bloated feeling in my tummy.
eczema ad cracked skin in the perineum makes it sometimes not pleasant to have sex.
Vaginal dryness. White discharge - not heavy (and as the swab said it is not thrush).
I have sweet cravings, I tend to overeat (even healthy food) and I drink a lot (water + herbal teas). Severe dandruf.
Baggy eyes - always. Wake up around 3 am to go to the toilet.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?

I thought I described that in the 1st question. On the whole I feel no clean. - like all this flaky skin and baggy eyes...tired.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?

Worthless. Energyless.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?

My periods stoped completely when I stoped eating fish and seafood (I do not eat meat for a very long time now). I started eating fish again. Not sure if that what brought periods back - i credit it on Primrose |Oil.
I think that my ovaries started suffering after the break-up with my first relation - I was really in love.
I started overeating when I was in my final year at school.
My parents was fingting all the time - I wanted them to divorce.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?

around 3-5 pm

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?

When I overeat I feel the worst. Everything feels horrid.
When I had a good sleep and fresh walk in the park - I feel great.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?

Not sure.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?

I used to like hot summers - but now I almost hate them:) I like fresh air, brisk but not too cold.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.

I am very changeable, nervous, arguing, Irritting, lazy, lose temper easily - but can be very diplomatic.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?

I love it. Especially before. well.. and after. and during! :)

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?

NO NO NO I seriosly hate it. It makes it worse.

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?

Yes to smell, light - I can deal with noise - :))) one of my ears do not hear - so I usually put some cotton in my ears...

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?

I am full of fears...that I will not be able to find my place in life where I will be happy. My sphere. I was overachiever all thought my life - all my diplomas are with honors (that is what was respected in my family) - and used to be a perfectionist...in fact maybe that is my fear - I will underdeliver...and over promise...I fear to no be up to expectations. (self love:))

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?

I crave carbs - in all kinds and forms - usu - fruits -bananas, porridge, I eat tonts of nuts (rwa - almonds, keshjus, pecans, brazils, sesame seeds sunflower etc ands raisins, dried fruits (i adore figs, prunes and apricotsa and raisisn)

I do not havemuch aversions. lately - I am off wheat - to the extent of avercion - but I like oats and millet.

It is fine and regular. It depends on what I eat of course. I am more prone to constipation that otherwise.

I sleep on my side. Usu right. I sleep very tight.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?

I used to think that. But I kind of lost some of my passion...(in fact after that break up - I was repulses of any man even touching me for about 3-4 years)

20. What peculiar or strange sensation do you have in any part of your body at times? Do you sometimes feel ‘ as if…..’ in some part of the body?

I feel like my ovariest are swollen and in pain...and my head is full of stuff.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?

I really do not like taking any medication - so I do not remember taking any recently.

22. What major diseases are running in your family?

heart deceasse on my mum's side. liver and pancreas problems on my dad's side.

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.

I look pretty, but very far from how I could look like. My tummy is a bit heavy. My eyes are baggy. I have a beautiful smile (hmm when I do smile) and my eyes are beuatiful when they r not swollen. I am tall (5,7) with slim limbs. PAle skin, natural hair, slavic features.

you should go for NAT MUR 200c only 5 doses, one every 12 hours.

thus, in the first 48 hours you should take all the 5 doses.

you should not take any other dose of nat mur after that for at least 15 days.

however, the remedy which will work well in combination with nat mur during your painful periods is APIS MEL.

whenever you have the swelling sensation of the ovaries, you should take APIS MEL 30c every 4 hours till the pain persists.

apis will help in clearing the cysts on your ovaries.

follow this regime for 3 months and after that you can go for a scan to see if the cysts have cleared.

you will conceive once the ovulation is normal after the cysts are cleared.

one dose would consist of 4 drops of remedy in some 10 ml of water slowly sipped up in empty stomach and clean mouth.

no food or water one hour before or after the dose.

the day you take nat mur, avoid taking mint, coffee, excess salt and sweet or any substance having a strong smell.

if you feel good after taking nat mur, take one dose of 1m potency every 3 weeks for some 3 to 4 times.

come back after a month to report progress.

Thank you SO MUCH!
I am so happy to hear your reply and you treament plan!

Just to make sure I buy everything correctly:

1) I should buy tincture 200c of Nat Mur and a tincture of Apis Mel 30c? (not white sweet pallets?)

2) I could start both remedies together? Or shoudl I have first 48 hrs of Nat Mur and then introduce Apis Mel?

3) Would you recommend taking the dose 1st thing in the morning? and then after 1 h after dinner?

4)Should I repeat Nat Mur after 15 days? For 3-4 months?

Thank you so much!!!

GOD BLESS YOU! :)

1) I should buy tincture 200c of Nat Mur and a tincture of Apis Mel 30c? (not white sweet pallets?)

please buy liquid form of the remedy..its better.

2) I could start both remedies together? Or shoudl I have first 48 hrs of Nat Mur and then introduce Apis Mel?

you can take nat mur on any one day...but apis is only to be taken when you suffer with painful and swollen sensations of your ovaries..not on other times.

3) Would you recommend taking the dose 1st thing in the morning? and then after 1 h after dinner?

nat mur to be taken first thing in the morning and then in the evening one hour before dinner.

4)Should I repeat Nat Mur after 15 days? For 3-4 months?

if the reaction starts, its better to wait till the improvement comes to a plateau.

you will know that when you should again take it.. like when the symptoms come back..

Dear Rishimba!

This morning I have taken the 5th dose of Nat Mur.

What happend was after the 2d dose - my long awaited (2 week due) period finally came..flooding...and I do not have swollen feeling in the ovaries anymore...but I feell now the whole uterus...I am just wondering - it might be normal - it is not painful - but quite uncomfortable. Like heavy. I woke up today in my sleep - and couldn't sleep for about 2 hiusr from 3 am.
So - I should not take Apis Mel now?

Thank you so much!

I also felt really really thirsty after taking Nat Mur.
But it felt good - on the whole.

Hello Rishimba!
Thank you so much again.

I just would like to report my situation.

1st of all I took as you indicated 5 dosed of Nat Mur 200c - in the 1st 48 hrs.

After that my period started. and since then I feel really fantastic - I didn't feel that good in years now!
But I am confused now.

SHOULD I REPEAT IT AT ALL?

As my sweelling and pain symptoms disapeared after the period started I did not take any Apis Mel.
I am considering having an ultra-sound - (but it quite expensive) - but just thinking - as I did not take any Apis Mel - my ovaries are probably are the same?
As you said - I do not take any Apis Mel - as I do not feel sweeling or pain in my ovaries anymore.
Do you think I should take the ultra-sound?
Thank you so much!
