Eventhough the grid shows lyc as the leading remedy to be considered, on the basis of the following symptoms i think sepia is the indicated remedy
mind; aversions, dislikes; husband;
mind; aversions, dislikes; members of family;
Please take three doses of Sepia 200c at a gap of 4 hours on a single day (not daily, only one day) and report back after 15 days.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Ihave already tried sepia in the following potencies:1M,200 and 30 these days my main problem is mood swings and lack of self assurance dont find interest in any thing at all always feel that I am not normal always worried,bored,scolding,full of negative thought,without hope for future,always complaining,ungrateful of God's blessings.very sensitive to critism and contradiction over react on slightest complain.never wants to laugh,dislike doing house work because it takes me overs to finish simplest of job,always preoccupied unaware of sarrondings.eake ou in the middle of the night with lots of gases and sounds coming from stomach.
