Plumbum for child suffering hippocampal sclerosis?

My daughter was born in 1999. She received all of her childhood vaccines, until 2 y.o. She suffered a neurologic event after shots at 14 weeks - discounted by dr. and hospital as significant (and no testing was done).

By 2, she developed 'severe autism.' She is hypotonic, generally anorexic, underweight, underheight, drinks significant quantities of liquid, has disturbed sleep and occasional nighttime eneuresis. She suffers frontal and temporal seizures. Has auto-immunity, and her hippocampus is sclerosed (progressive, not from birth). Her mitochondria are dysfunctional. She functioned as a 1 - 2 y.o. at 5 y.o.

She is much improved with allergen-free, organic diet, much supplementation, and intensive therapy. She is now grade-level academically, and mostly socially appropriate (though she is still learning to eat in a timely manner, bathe completely independently, and to be 'safe.'

She drinks pure water only (no juices or sodas). She prefers crunchy chips, most fruits, roasted potatoes, and soups - but has learned to eat a variety of foods and does consume a small amount from each food group, each meal. She enjoys hot, cold, and luke temperature foods.

She suffers headaches when reading and sometimes when eating, complains of pain in the back under her ribs, when eating (and sometimes in her legs). She tires easily with exercise and need to rest, periodically to catch her breath. It is difficult for her to chew and swallow certain foods and can take her a very long time to eat a meal.

I realize there are myriad remedies and compositums that could apply, but I am wondering if I should start with Plumbum Metallicum to help her brain function more normally.
