Drowsiness and Mental Exertion when Reading Book

HI

I am a 36 yrs male computer professional and my profession demands excessive study.

my problem is i feel great Drowsiness (Urge to Sleep) and Mental Exertion when study i take sleep 6 to 7 hours at night and my sleep is good i mean to say there is no sleep shortage problem.

i am unable to study more than an hour please tell me some good tonic or medicine

Please take 4 pellets of kali phos 6x thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 15 days and see whether it helps.
