Indigestion, Gastic and Headache

I have been suffering from indigestion followed by severe headache. This symptom started for me in the past 8 months. I get this regularly once every 15 days. I usually start getting the headache by post noon after my lunch and the pain increases gradually by 9 pm and sometime between 9 and 11 pm i have to vomit and than my headache starts to reduce. I vomit all the food i have taken from noon.

I was adviced to take Carbo Veg 200 once a week and after 3 weeks i got back the above situation. After consulting the doctor he adviced me the following. Now I am currently using the following from today
1. Carbo Veg 200 – once a week
2. Ferrium Phos 6x – 2 doses daily
3. Magnesium Phos 6x – 2 doses daily

Please advice me on what i need to do.
