This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I keep my trust on a few remedies to strengthern and detoxify lungs.

1. Senega 6c or 30c - once a day, in the morning for 1 week. Then less frequently (two doses in a week, say Tue and Thu for 1 month)

2. BACCILINUM 200c - 1 dose in 10 days (not every day). This makes 3 doses in a month. No other mediine on that day. DO NOT TAKE MORE THAN 3 doses total. This is very effective and safe, as long you dont repeat too often and not too many doses.
Do not exceed 3 doses.

Alternately 'thoodhu vilai'(name in Tamil) is the green a veteran Siddha doctor in Chennai, India, said as his most trusted medicine to clean the lungs. In fact he recommend every one, whether you have a smoking history or no, to take twice a week to keep your lungs clean, as part of his anti-aging protocol.

A systemic detox will also be required, given your history of smoking. I request other practioners to share thier favorites for it.
