Possible Hormone imballance. Acne , Gyno , Depressions.

Hello doctor!

I'm 16 years old and I've been suffering from acne for almost more than 2 years now. Its mostly on my cheecks , near the nose , chest , a little bit on the side of the biceps to the triceps , back and shoulders. Started when i was 10th grade , now im in collage and still have it. I've tried alot of creams , antibiotics , pills , but it either made it worse , either help for a little time then it all comes back worse. Also i've started to develop gyno before this summer , its not so bad that depresses me but its quite noticable and worries me. Mood swings accure from time to time. I read that all of this is because of hormone imballance , when the female hormone Estrogen starts to dominate in the body. I cant say i have alot of hair , my beard grows but slowly and body hair is low to medium.

I need some advice and help please. Is this really hormone imballance and if so , how can this be normalised/treated so everything could go away? This is just eating my teenage 'gold' time that i should have had but only leads to depressions.

Thank you.
