14 month kid , vimitting and pass loose motion
my 14 month daughter who weighs 10 KG has been vomiting & passing loose motion from the last 24 hrs . She has lost her appetite and is taking breast milk only . The motions & vomitting are very smelly . We had just returned from a vaccation trip and this start after we reached back our destination . My daughter is still active but she has became weak .Any leads on what can be wrong & remides please ?

Vomitting and loose motion should be attended with atmost care, especially given the low sustaining strength of kids
It is regarded as some toxins (food toxin is common) when the body is trying to throw them out.
Give Veratrum Alb 6c, one dose (2 pills), every time there is a vomitting or loose motion (the repetition is then dependant on the extent of the problem).
May sure the kid is not dehydrated (plenty of liquid)
