Heptocellur Carcinoma

Dear Dr. Sameer I have come to know about you in this forum. My friend is a Doctor. He is a senior radiologist (Professior) and was diagnosed for the above symptom .Here is a brief history.
Dr. Md. Enamul Haque. Age 49, a diabetic, hypertensive, smoker, non alcaholic, who was totally asymptomatic 2 months ago, he experienced sudden severe excruciating pain in his right upper abdomen at that time which compelled him to go for an USG of HBS and multi slice CT scan of the abdomen, which reveled multiple (6-7) small SOL in liver situated in all segment except 1 and 4. All are below 3cm. in size and diagnosed as a typical Hemangioma his ALPHAFETOPROTIN was raised up to 200ng/l. All other liver function, parameters were normal. Then he went to Singapore General Hospital for further evaluation. The Hepatobiliary Surgeon, Interventional Radiologist, medical oncologist, hepatic radiologist decided to do open biopsy after failing to give definite comment on USG guided Truecut needle biopsy. After laparotomy they removed 2 nodules from segment 2 and 6. Histopathalogy revels necrotic material in one slide not diagnostic of HCC. Another slide shows suspicion about HCC, but the slide from second liver nodule in left lobe commented directly as HCC.
He underwent upper and lower GIT full length Endoscopy which revels nothing. His CT scan of the chest was also normal. His Post Operative CT Scan done recently shows no abnormality except the persistence of previous lessions which remains in same size. By this time his alpha fetoprotein came down (70ng/l). He has got no constitutional symptoms.

Regarding past history he was once HB virus positive in 1991 and it became negative on the same year. Now his HB AB Count is high (236.6mlU/ml). Hepatitis C AB is non reactive.

In 2005 in an incidental health checkup USG and MRI (with spio) Scan of liver revels he had tiny nodules in liver (Left Lobe) His alpha fetoprotine level was within normal limit (6.9ng/ml)at that time. Diagnosis was atypical Hemangioma or complicated cyst.

This is just a brief part. Can this be treated by homeopathy, please advise.
Thanks. Francis
