Detox from antibiotics

My 3years old daughter,is being followed by a homeopathic dr because she used to get ill weekly with high temperature and chesty cough that usually started as a dry cough-laryngitis. Her remedy is 'Natrium sulphuricum 200' and since we started following homeopathy we noticed a huge improvement;she would get ill less often and even if she has chesty cough quite often the cold won't evolve with also high temeprature.Last week though, we left her to her grandparents and she started having runny nose(only left nostril-clear dense mucus)with dry irritating cough, and the following day became chesty with temperature that by 2 in the afternoon was very high(39c).She only complained of tummy ache, and she refused to eat, but she was in a good mood even if she had hardly slept in the night(she seemed very annoyed during night).the dr suggested 'hepar sulphur 200ch'. the grandparents gave it to her, but got panicked and they also gave her a 7days cours of antibiotic-Clarithromycin-suggested by a traditional doctor) and ambroxol syrop fot the cough. She's fine now(she got over the virus within 2 days)but she still have the chesty cough and runny nose with thick yellowish mucus. Her dr is abroad and I wonder if is anything I could do to 'clean 'her body from the chemicals she took? Are her homeopathy treatment and the improvements achieved untill now, compromised?
Thank you, Kiki
