Dr.Mehfuz, Help Please

Sir, you prescribed me for the dribbling problem, I got rid of the problem for some days, but it has started again, please prescribe me again in order to stop the dribbling(flow of urine drops after urinating) problem forever. please reply me on this.

Please guide me sir. At present I'm taking selenium 3x since 20 days. It affects a bit on the dribbling and prostatorrhea problem but it doesn't do anything to give nutrition to the body. I still look like a moving corpse. My main worries are my health problems(sunken face), sexual problems. Please Dr.Mehfuz, help me. I am in immense need of help. I have given up the habbit of masturbation completely. Please reply what should I take as a medicine. thank you in advance

My main worries & present situation are as follows...

-erectile dysfunction
:decreased libido
:saggy testis
:lack of erections
:if at all erection takes place, it is imperfect and the erection doesn't last for more than 10-15 seconds.
-urinary problems
:burning sensation(especially in the evening after passing urine)
:frequency of urine(twice in 24 hours), that too very weak stream though I drink lots of water.
-general health
:sunken face(eyes and cheeks sunken to the extreme limit)
Please prescribe some medicine sir... thank you in advance

Please take Acid Phos-30 ( 5 drops morn. and even. twice a day and report after 4 weeks. No other medicine.

I have completed the course but I there is no improvement in my condition. The testis are completely saggy all the time, no erection, totally decreased libido, night erections only once in a few days, no erection after sexual thoughts also. Please help me, suggest some medicine.
