21 months toddler not gaining weight

My son was born premature in 7th month and his birth weight was 2 pounds.
He was in hospital for 2 months and his weight gain has been a problem since he was born.
All the tests done in this regard have been OK, but his diet is so little that he is not gaining enough weight.
He is 20 and half months corrected, but weighs just 18 pounds.
We are giving him Calcarea Phosph 6x for his teething since last 3-4 months.
Is there any other remedy that will benefit him in eating more and gain weight?
I would appreciate if you can please help in this regard.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
As long as the growth charts are not dipping, please do not be alarmed. Please also do not compare with other babies.

You may add Alfa Alfa or Lecithin 3x doses to his daily regime. They will help in weight gain.
