How to prepare homeopathic chocolate?

How would one best prepare a remedy from chocolate? It has both water- and fat-soluble components. Ethyl alcohol should be a mediocre solvent for both.

BTW are some remedies triturated in oil (rather than in water or milk sugar)?

I have access to cocoa powder or to the chocolate chips I have been eating; these contain 65% cacao with cocoa butter, sugar, lecithin, and vanilla. I seem to be addicted to these and I eat typically 6 ounces per day, when I have them. This is an expensive habit in terms of money and mood swings.

Please advise in terms of potency, also. And how to predict my level of sensitivity to a remedy?
