Crohn's and strictures (stenosis)

I was diagnosed 3 years ago with this disease.
I have not had any surgeries yet.
The G.I. specialist has said that once on remicade, the strictured area (small intestine near terminal ileum) could worsen as more scar tissue will form as it heals(inside the small intestine making it more narrow and upping the urgency for surgery).
Medications can do almost anything except to reduce the scar tissue.

Do you have a remedy that can reduce scar tissue in the inside of the small intestine? What type of medical professional should I seek the advice of that does what you do? (I would like to have a 'go to' person locally; naturopath?)

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I guess I hadn't mentioned that these symptoms worry me a lot, and the fear of having to deal with an ileal pouch or the sorts would make me choose stem cell therapy and the prospect of dying from that therapy than dealing with the social aspects of having a pouch full of feces hanging outside of my body!
