Please help

My younger daughter is 1 year 7 months old. Born in Kerala and brought up to Delhi when she was 6 months old. Due to sudden climate change, she got broncho pneumonia for which she was hospitalized.

Since then she is having chest congestion, frequent cough and cold problem.

Last month she suddenly got high grade fever along with febrile convulsion and chest congestion with respiratory distress. She was then again hospitalized. Dr. has advised us to give her frizium tablet whenever she gets fever so that she do not get febrile convulsion.

Even though she is okay now, but she still has some cough. Sometimes, when I carry her, I can her the sound of phlegm from her chest / back.

Also, if she is perfectly alright, she is not sleeping well in the night. She sleeps okay in day time, but at night she don't sleep well. If she sleeps at around 21:00 hrs, she wakes at around say 1:00, 1:30, and then it is very difficult for her to sleep. It takes then 4 to 5 hours for her to sleep.

What could be the problem? What needs to be done for this? so that she gets completely recovered from cough, cold, chest congestion and also for febrile convulsion. If she gets acute chest congestion, we have to then nebulize her.

Pls. advise.
