Different Problems of my penis

assalamoalaikum,

dear Dr.mehfooz or other Doctors,

hopefully you r f9, sir iam 25year old & i will get marriage after some months, me facing now some problems in my penis like ejaculation, size problem my penis size is 3' before erection & 4.1/2' after erection, sir when i am thinking or seeing a bad pictures my penis is ejaculate and my body is vibrate.
i want to be my penis size is 6'
kindly sir advice me a right remedies for solving all types of penis problems.

I shall be very thankfull to you for this act of kindness.

Please do not be confused yourself. Size is okay donot think about 6 or more then this what will happen if it enlarged?
However if you have some other problem then give full details for evaluation please.
