We are trying for children so got semen analysis and got the report today.Below are the results of the test:Volume:4ml, Time of liquefacation: 20mins, colour:G. White, Viscosity: Normal, pH:8.o, sperm count:NIL, rapid linear progression:-, total motility:-, slow linear progression:-, Nonprogressive:-, Immotile:-, Morphology: Not done
CELLULAR ELEMENTS: Pus cells:0-2/HPF, Epithelial Cells:+/HPF, RBC's:Nil/HPF, Cellular Debris:+/HPF, Motile Bacteria:Nil/hpf,macrophage:Nil/hpf, TV:Nil, Candida:Nil/hpf, Crystals:+/hpf,Precursors:absent, Agglutination of sperms:nil Biochemical Test:Fructose: Present, Zinc:1.7mg/dl,Functional Test: HOS: Not Done.
Impression: AZOOSPERMIA
Does the report details give the reason for Azoospermia and whether it is curable? Please someone tell me What are the methods of treating it? I sometimes have some pain in the testicles. please inform if this indicates any problem with testicles
