Writers cramps plz help me...

Hi am sri. Am havin.j writers cramps. I cant able 2 write. I used some medicines but no use. Can any1 plz help me.

Hi. Am sri. Am a cool person but gets angry suddenly. I used botoxin injection for 6 times, at that time i can able to write but after some time i cant able to write. Iam having this problem since 2 years. Now am using aurvedic medicines since 2months but no change. Ill mentally get stressed when i write bcoz i cant write. Iam very much depressed. I dont hav any other tension except this 1. Plz give me some suggestion.

Am 23years old . I got this problem in my engg final year i.e 1 n 1/2 years back in 2008 june. Am mostly not emotions but at certain times. My weight is 51kg, height 5'10. Ofcourse having some family problems. But iam mainly gets mental stress when i cant able to write. Now iam doing job. Its difficult to write a single word on paper. I sometimes thinks i cant write. In my family members no 1 hav this kind of problem. If any1 pity on me i ll get frustated. If i get angry i dont care about anything but rarely ill get angry. Morning,evening, & ni8 same problem. I struggle when start 2 write. Hand is also paining. I cant able to write 1word properly should struggle a lot. My working timings is 12hrs. Ill sleep for 8hrs max. Presently iam in North-East. N d food is k nt bad. Climate cool below 10c minimum. am using aurvedic medicines from 2months onwards but no use. Plz suggest me some thing.

Let us start with Rhus Tox 200c - 1 dose i.e., 8 pills under the tongue - taken in the morning.

Ill need more info about you for further guidance.

there is no cure available for writers cramp in allopathy and homeopathy,do anulom - vilom and kapalbhatti for 45 minutes twice a day atleast for one year i can assure writers cramp will go away forever. aviod smoking,drinking liquor , and always check your blood pressure.
