black dots and pimples

I'm 23yrs old and working in software field. I have black spots on my cheeks(both right and left). But Left side has more. Some sort of pimples are coming and going on the same place(i don't know whether it is pimple or allergy). I got this suddenly. Six months back my face was very clear. Now my skin colour also became dull. I don know what is the problem. I'm following normal diet. But sometimes i will skip my breakfast. Hair fall also more. I'm applying turmeric for face. I'm getting some remedy. But that is temporary. Please suggest me some good treatment for this problem.

You need to provide more information, abilash. Such as, do you have any other ailments as well? What ailments run in your family? What foods do you crave? Maybe search for and fill out the form that Ive seen others use on this forum.
