common but very importent problem
I am 26 years old few years back I was normal healthy person and i used to masturbate some time 4-6 times in week.I have been through many difficult times in life.But from last couple of years I am suffering from premature ejaculation and I can not get full erection.At presentI look like 40 years old and can not tolerate extreme weather My diet is normal and I smoke 20-25 cigarette a day. I used selenium
for one week but no difference .So is there any one who can help me, I will be greatfull.
