Doctors PLZ HELP ME (Multiple problems)

I am 27 years old
married 2 years back and have a son aged 10 months
I work mostly in front of computer bcz of my nature of job(7-8 hours usually).

My height is 5.11 and weight is 68Kg.

I am suffering from constant musculer stiffness and pain along both sides of my backbone i.e between shoulders and it extend till my neck. When I stretch my neck left and right I can hear sounds of bubble bursting something like tak tak tak and similer sound comes when I do stretch exercises with my back by lying on floor.
When I lift my son for few minutes, I feel muscles are stretching and then pain gradually increases within 5 minutes and also I feel pain in legs when i stand for 10 minutes or so, I dislike standing position, my feet when in contact gets hot alot. I also feel very tired after little physical exertion. Pain in head, Eyes and eye lids often on constant focus/reding.
When I woke up in the morning even then my back feels stretched but after half an hour movement it get better. But situation start worsen again when I have to stand or sit on chair for long or walk.

Am sensitive to cold, I avoid cold water n things as my throat is sensitive and I keep spitting white sticky phelgum from mouth.

I have another problem of premature ejaculation i.e. I discharge in couple of strokes but my errection is spontaneous and full, even after discharge I can recover for 2nd attemp within 2 to 3 minutes. During 2nd episode it last for 2 minutes approx but I feel exhausted after that so i dont go for 2nd one usually. During 1st discharge I feel extracted too much i.e feels all sperm is sucked from my entire legs.

Please help me because i feel very ashamed that at this prime age of my life am having feelings of old age, I am worried that how I could run with this as this pain and tiredness effect my work and my mental state also
for further refrence , back problem is from 2 years while I am quick ejaculter since many years back. I have never had sex before my marriage.

Please do help me, waiting for your response so that I can recover from this tiredness, pain and quick discharge problems.
