sinus congestion/pain with ear blockage

I have sinus congestion in the head with post nasal drip. The mucous when I blow my nose is clear and thin (no colour or odour/smell). The sinus pain is in the forehead and mostly above the eyes.

The main problem for me however is my blocked left ear that has been accompanying this problem.

About a couple of months back I had sinus congestion and was on a flight. After the flight my left ear got blocked and was that way for over a month (not deafness, just slight loss of hearing and feeling of fullness). I would also have a feeling of frequent popping and clicking in the ear, especially when there was noise and on swallowing, yawning, etc. Especially when there is loud noise the ear would feel as if there is something vibrating inside.

This appeared to have gone away a few days ago. However, I got sinus congestion again a week back and again now my left ear has that blocked feeling (it isn't always blocked and full, but on and off) and same sensitivity to noise and popping/clicking. Sometimes there is slight pain in the ear as well but that is only momentary and does not last.

There is fairly continuous post-nasal drip and sinus headache, however there is no chest congestion or cough.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
