LS Spine (ortho/Neuro), pain in legs remedy pls.

My father aged 71 is feeling regular pain in the legs and lower back. being himself a retired Health services employee is taking pain killer (Combiflam) to reduce pain. I being a srtong believer in Homeo want to know for the treatment existing. This ailment of may father is for a long time but recently the pain has increased a lot and also sometimes there is numbness in both the legs. He is not able to walk even for say 200 mts. at a stretch. His standing posture has also changed slightely (forward bending). He though experiences high BP, but it is controlled thorugh allopathic medicine (regular use). Recently, he had consulted a neuro-physician, who based on the recent MRI, has advised surgery failing which the condition will deteriorate to an extent that he will be on bed.
I may add that my father doesnt use any motorised two-wheeler for usual commutation and only use bicycle which he still uses for say 4-5 km daily
Please help me urgently in this regard. Any other information required from me in this regard may also please be told.
