This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
please give following details:

1) What other issues have you got?

2) Apart from the inability to stand loud sounds, how is your hearing?

3) 'no pus like cuming out cuming out is reddish brown semidry'

what do you mean by this sentence?

4) What is the sensation you have got with your ears and the body itching?

5) what factors make worse or better your problems?

6) And tell about yourself.

(Talk about yourself as a person, your likes, dislikes, cravings, aversions and any other details about you or about your complaints etc)

'no pus like cuming out cuming out is reddish brown semidry'

what do you mean by this sentence?

The patient wants to say
The discharge from ear is not like pus but it is reddish brown in color and it is neither like liquid or powder, it is semi-dry.

Hi Kadwa :)

There's a strong possibility that your interpretation is correct which also occurred to me, but i wanted to confirm from the patient itself.

Thanks.

1.) now I am having whole body itching sometimes.. when I eat hot food(just cooked).... I have dandruff also.
2.) my hearing is Ok, but when I am hearing loud sound, it becomes some painful for my ear.
3.)no blood is coming just some brownish solid, that comes when I try to clean my ear to remove wax
4.)sensation is somehow itchy blocked sensation of ear, etc.
5.) when I started taking ciprofloxacin firstly then it gave me relief from pain, itching, but now it is not responding....

I am a person(frankly saying)who have a thinking that things will go OK on their own..... This ear problem worsen due to this only.......

Please take psorinum 200c three doses on a single day(ONLY 3 doses and no more). Observe changes for 20 days and then report.

Try to avoid coffee. The first dose take it in empty stomach even before you brush. Before and after every dose leave 45 minutes without eating or drinking anything.
