Cronic Anal fissure
Dear Doctor,I am 27 years old male, suffering from anal fissure for past one year. I have undergone number of Allopathy treatments. I had anal surgery also but no relief.
I have many small tears with sentinel pile / skin tags in the skin of the anal canal at different positions.
Current Symptoms: Anal itching, burning, and occasionally mild pain.
I am also suffering from constipation. I generally have Bowel movement two times in a day. I take Psyllium husks for constipation. It gives the smooth stool pass. But i think starting part of stool is sometimes harder. I drink 5 liters water daily. I am pure vegetarian. I feel dry mouth at night.
Please suggest me best homeopathic treatment to treat anal fissures.

Your response to surgery is quite normal as many patients have responded to surgery in the same manner. The reason for the lesion caused by surgery not healing is due to bacterial reinfection with every passing bowel motion which surgery does not seem to be able to address.

Hi Praveen,
I was often wondering where you were too as I had lost contact with you for over a year. I sent you a few emails which were not replied and concluded that you were up in the Himalayas as usual.
I withdrew from the ABC in 2006 when I was faced with that infernal interference from the homeopathic constable and his sidekick who between themselves effectively prevented me from helping patients with my own therapy which they derisively classified as 'Joepathy' which invariably cured the patient as evidenced in the over 5000 cases that I had treated up to that time on the ABC, in comparison to their own version of classical Homeopathy, which invariably did not work.

pleaded with me to guide them towards a cure in the manner that I had successfully done before I left the Forum and I returned a few months ago. I am glad to note that the infernal interference from my detractors is no more as Simon has ensured that my posts are not interfered with on the ABC.

Thank you for your kind words. I do not think that it is just my knowledge and experience alone that has helped me to help so many thousands throughout the world and in Sri Lanka to achieve a state of health that is easily achievable by those who use Homeopathy alone to help them to stay well. I am convinced that I am guided by a Supreme Power in my Homeopathic journey and as you are aware, I offer my service and in Sri Lanka the medicines included, completely free of charge.
I have always maintained that taking Allopathic drugs as a matter of routine merely to live is dangerous as the after effects of one usually paves the way for another to treat the problem caused by the first. For instance taking Metformin for Diabetes is the standard treatment but I have many patients who have used Arnica 6c in the Wet dose as an alternative with the same result coupled to greater patient relief as many have informed me that the burning sensation that many experience with Metformin and the other drugs are not experienced by the patient who also reports that they sleep more deeply. The use of Arnica must however be done under medical supervision and a regular blood test to see how the remedy controls the Blood Sugar level of the patient. The use of Arnica to control Diabetes is just one instance of how a Homeopathic remedy which has never been identified for this disease can help the patient.
In my case I have abstained from all drugs since my last surgery in 2008 but just a few days ago I presented a fever due to my Prostate which was operated on in 2002 playing up again with yet another bout of Prostatitis which compelled me to take the drug that I used for my first attack in 1996 , Ciprofloxacin to contain the infection. I am continuing the dosage even today but this is on a SOS basis and hopefully I will be successful in avoiding any further complications.
I am happy to note that you too take Arnica on a daily basis and your report of how it changed your lifestyle is of great interest. May I suggest that you state how it has done so and also what potency and dosage you take daily for the benefit of others who may read this Thread.
