Diabetic mother with failing kidneys

My mother is 49 & she has had diabetes for 3 years. She has been on Enalapril (along with others to control her sugar) but we just found out that her kidneys are getting dangerously worse. She tries to eat healthy, and she controls her blood sugar well. He's upping her strength of Enalapril (thats the only one he's having her take for her kidneys) but I was looking for other homeopathic things I could help her add. I already have her take a multivitain & green tea antioxidant tablets but Im clueless as to maybe where to start. Her doctor thinks homeopathic help is basically a joke & due to him saying that, my mom wont see one- I just want her to try some supplements that may help her keep her kidneys stable. Has anyone been in this position? She's already on her doctors pills so I definitely just want to enhance with some kind of homeopathic help. I'm very close with my mother and this entire situation is killing me, I can't imagine the idea of something happening to her so I'm trying to figure out what the best way/thing to add for her would be?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
What are her creatinine levels? It will be also better if you could tell about other pathological tests.
