Sir please help me about this

they said that mumps will result to slerility if it will not cure immidiately but they also said that if you experiences this conditon when you are at early childhood you future family tree will not affect is this really true sir because i experience this kind of condition when i was a child????now that im a teenager sometimes but not always,my left testicle got hurt but it happens not always so i decided to go to a doctor and he said that there is nothing wrong on my testicle because he touch my left testicle but im not that satisfied yet so i go to laboratory and i test my sperm cell and this is the result..is there any problem on my result??because im worying about my PUS CELL and LIQUIFICATION,AND MOTILITY of my result

please give me an answer.,the doctor prescribe me an AMOXICILLIN amoxico 500g. but i discontinue taking the tablet,because he said that it is 3xaday but when i take evem 1 tablet there is a feeling that is ot normal of maybe just a presure please help..
